We do not promise or guarantee admission into any institution or visa approval to any country. These decisions are strictly the prerogative of institutional admission officers and consular or immigration authorities.
3. Client Eligibility
Our services are available to:

Working professionals
Clients must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement and provide genuine, verifiable documentation.
4. Client Responsibilities
Clients are solely responsible for:

Responding promptly to our communication

Complying with the guidelines and timelines provided
Failure to comply may result in delays, rejection of applications, or termination of services.

We expect respectful, prompt, and honest communication throughout the engagement.
6. Service Fees & Refunds

All consultation and service fees must be paid in full as agreed before service delivery.

Refund Policy: Fees are only refundable if the company is proven to be at fault (e.g., clerical or advisory error). No refunds will be issued for client-related issues (e.g., incorrect documents, missed deadlines, ineligibility).
7. Timelines
The expected duration of each service depends on the type of application. Clients will be informed of the likely timeline specific to their service upon engagement. We do not guarantee timelines given by third-party institutions, embassies, or airlines.
8. Right to Terminate Services
We reserve the right to withdraw or terminate services without refund if:

The client provides false or fraudulent documents

The client is non-cooperative, abusive, or violates our communication guidelines

The client is found ineligible for the intended service
9. Data Protection
All personal data collected is handled in accordance with our Privacy and GDPR Policy. Clients must read and agree to our privacy terms before services begin.
10. Limitation of Liability
Golden Heights Travel and Tours Ltd shall not be held liable for:

Any visa denial, admission refusal, or delays caused by third-party institutions or consular officers

Loss or damage resulting from misinformation provided by the client

Delays caused by force majeure, including government decisions, strikes, or pandemics
11. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate Nigerian legal jurisdiction.
